The staff were also not uncomfortably pushy in forcing us to sign future packages. So overall, the experience was pretty enjoyable and will recommend this for a short couple retreat.

He makes the customers feel at home when we visit. He tries his best to get us the masseuse we want and he will personally call or text me to confirm the appointments. He is a great asset to the company. When phase 2 started and the spa could start operating, he personally call to invite me back again. I look forward to seeing him every time I visit the spa.

Read more massage, Unlike some spas, whilst the masseuse was massaging my body, there was no attempt to find out how often I massage, which will then lead to whether it is within a “package” that I have, nor other small talks. She spoke only thrice, at the beginning, to check that the pressure used was good enough; to turn over; and that we have come to an end. The ambience was clean, room size just nice. Before I signed out, they showed me the packages they have and made it clear that is is for my information. There was no hard sell, like many spas. I enjoyed my massage, and will use their services again.
