My mother and I don’t usually ask for a specific masseuse but You You is one of the excellent ones! Not only is she patient and accommodating to my massage preferences (e.g., strength of massage, where to focus more) she also makes small talks which really keeps me comfortable during the service!

Read more massage, Unlike some spas, whilst the masseuse was massaging my body, there was no attempt to find out how often I massage, which will then lead to whether it is within a “package” that I have, nor other small talks. She spoke only thrice, at the beginning, to check that the pressure used was good enough; to turn over; and that we have come to an end. The ambience was clean, room size just nice. Before I signed out, they showed me the packages they have and made it clear that is is for my information. There was no hard sell, like many spas. I enjoyed my massage, and will use their services again.

Read more 10 personalised facials. 😊 My greatest concern for facials have always been the extraction due to my clogged pores. I need it to be thoroughly clean, otherwise I would have infected pimples after facials. I also have sensitive skin, so deep extractions often comes at the price of redness. Nicole helps me with my extractions and I’m thankful. Tonight, I just did a college facial and was able to walk out of the shop with really clean skin (see photo)! 👌🏻✨

Eventhough my husband go for deep tissue it didnt leave any marks on the next day. The onsen was soooo good. And love that its private. Will sure come back again!
